5K swim = 200 lengths (or 100 laps) of the pool
10K swim = 400 lengths (or 200 laps) of the pool
15K swim = 600 lengths (or 300 laps) of the pool
20K swim = 800 lengths (or 400 laps) of the pool
25K swim = 1000 lengths (or 500 laps) of the pool
50K swim = 2000 lengths (or 1000 laps) of the pool
