MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT OPTIONS

TOTAL FOR JOINING FEE IS $4800.00

• Option #1: Pay all of the $4800.00 joining fee at the time you join.
• Option #2: Pay the first $2000.00 of the joining fee and then be billed $1500.00 in 2009 and then another $1500.00 in 2010. Billing will occur during the month you joined the club.
  
  This option includes a $200.00 finance charge. If membership fee payment is late, late fees will be assessed to your account and MSC may terminate your membership. See Note Below.
  
  Example: If you joined in May 2008 you would be billed $1500.00 in May of 2009 and 2010 (in addition to the monthly dues of $120.00).
• Option #3: Pay the first $2000.00 of the joining fee and then be billed $127.00 per month for the next 24 months (in addition to the monthly dues of $120.00).
  
  This option includes a $248.00 finance charge. If a membership fee payment is late, late fees will be assessed to your account and MSC may terminate your membership.
