Thank you for your interest in membership at the Mercerwood Shore Club. The Membership joining fee at this time is $4800.00 for an equity membership. The dues are $120.00 per month year round. You can make payment arrangements for the equity joining fee, there are three options to choose from (see enclosed options).
We have several programs here at MSC, such as swim team, tennis team, water polo, dive team, swim lessons, and tennis lessons, all of which are billed separately. We also have a weight room with all the equipment needed for a great work out. We have a professional weight trainer here three days a week conducting cardio and circuit training classes and we also have a Yoga instructor three days a week. We have a beach area for summer swimming, boating and barbeques. All programs and/or special events are billed on your monthly statement and payment is due by the 15th of every month.
Rotational moorage is available on a lottery or draw basis. Applications are due in the office by December 15th and the draw is done approx. the fourth week in December. The season runs from April 1st - October 15th, and the cost is $1200.00 for the season.
You have the option to sell your equity membership at anytime. The selling price is 2/3 of the purchase price. The other 1/3 is applied to a transfer fee. As long as your account is current, and no money is owed to the club (to include any assessment money, back dues, etc.) you will receive the full 2/3.
